Rebecca Kordecki - Fitness Trainer

Gettin' The Boot fitness camp was developed by Celebrity Fitness Trainer and MobileFIT Solutions, Inc. CEO Rebecca Kordecki, who recently brought her LA based full service fitness company to Southampton. In Los Angeles Rebecca worked with some of Hollywood's finest stars, among them Raquel Welch, Hunter Tylo, Jim Belushi, The Rock, Oliver Stone and Scott Wolff. Rebecca received her certifications in fitness from ACE and ACSM over 14 years ago and has been sharing her knowledge with people young and old ever since. Her goal has been to inspire and motive people from all walks of life to embrace their health through the use of innovative training and fitness games where appropriate.

Rebecca coached and worked with several of her clients' kids after they found her passion for health and fitness inspiring and hoped that some of that passion would pass through to their children. In addition to working one on one with kids, she successfully led regular age appropriate fitness classes for kids upon referral by a family life coach in Sherman Oaks. Rebecca's vision for the Gettin' The Boot program is to see kids everywhere begin to have a greater awareness of their health and diet and to be pro-active in making smart choices in these areas.

Fitness Boot Camps for kids ages 6-9 and 10-12. The 3 hour day camp consists of 45 minutes of education on nutrition-diet-exercise and encouragement on how to make healthy choices. After the learning portion of the camp, the kids move on to 1.5 hours of games and activities all fitness/exercise related. Circle Chat is the final 30 minutes of the camp. The kids can ask questions, share stories or thoughts about their experience with exercise, food and diet. Each portion of the camp has an emphasis on all things meant to inspire, educate and motivate children to want to begin to take control of their health at an early age. Most importantly this "boot camp" is meant to be a place where exercise and nutrition are promoted in a fun, non-threatening, non-competitive environment.

Getting The Boot can be held in your backyard or at a local park and eventually will be offered at our Center in Southampton, New York which should be open by the summer of 2007.

Healthy Eating Style For Kids

According to the Center for Disease Control, 16% of children between the ages of 6-19 years old (over 9 million) are overweight. This figure has tripled since 1980, and there seems to be an increase in children ages 2 to 6 years old as well. Knowing these figures is what encouraged Rebecca to be a part of the solution and do whatever she could to help. Over the years, several of her clients, out of desperation with the issue, hired her to work with their kids. They hired her specifically to create fun and engaging workouts to help inspire and motivate their kids to lead healthier lives through positive choices of being active and choosing a healthy eating style. This is how the idea for Gettin' the Boot was born. Rebecca has a saying with the kids, "I Will, I Can, I AM." It is her goal to reinforce the kids she works with belief in that.

Healthy Eating and Fitness Boot camp for Adults

Currently Rebecca offers adult boot camps at your home. Get together a group of friends, neighbors or couples and she will put on a customized boot camp to give you the kick in the pants you may also need! The camp consists of military calisthenics, boxing drills, cardio intervals, "big bang exercises" which are movements that work many muscle groups at once and more...

  • The boot camp lasts 1.5 hours.
  • Groups of 3-4 are $250. Additional adults are $50.
  • Private boot camps (1-2) adults are $150 hour.
